SENATE BILL NO. 16 "An Act relating to the Board of Registration                                                                
for Architects, Engineers, and Land Surveyors and to the Department                                                             
of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development" was read the                                                                  
second time.                                                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                                                             
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
